Am I eligible for CEUs?
Acupuncture CEUs are available for CA, FL, NC and MA. Nurse Contact Hours are available for CA. (Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing for contact hours-pending. Provider #CEP10555).

How many CEU hours does the Pacific Symposium offer?
Pacific Symposium provides up to 36 Continuing Education hours. Each two-day workshop provides 14 hours of Continuing Education hours.

How do I sign up for CEUs?
Each attendee who registers for Pacific Symposium as a "Professional" and pays the professional rate will receive CEUs. Pacific College of Oriental Medicine Alumni receive 10% off the “Professional” rate and CEU credit. When you check in at the Pacific Symposium sign-in desk, you will receive an Attendance Verification form. After each lecture you attend, you will be required to obtain the signature of the Pacific Symposium room monitor located at the entrance of each room. It is extremely important that you remember to have this form signed, as it will act as proof of your attendance. Without these signatures, we cannot issue CEUs for a lecture or workshop.
How long will it take to receive my CEU certificate?
CEU certificates are mailed out to attendees within 30 days after the Symposium.
I registered as a Professional and paid the Professional rate, but did not receive a CEU certificate. What happened?
If you registered as a Professional and paid the Professional rate, but did not receive a CEU certificate:
1 - You might have forgotten to sign the CEU sheets for the classes you attended at the Symposium.
2 - Pacific College may have an outdated address on file and your certificate was returned to us by the U.S. Postal Service as "undeliverable".
3 - You may have been incorrectly entered into the Symposium database as a student instead of a professional.

I received my CEU certificate, but the number of CEUs is lower than it should
be. Why?

You might have forgotten to obtain signatures for some of the classes you attended at the Symposium. In order to issue you an accurate CEU certificate, we require the following:
• A brief letter from 2 Pacific Symposium attendees verifying your attendance to the lecture(s) in question.
• A synopsis of the lecture(s). This synopsis should not be the same as the one given in the Pacific Symposium brochure.
• Send these materials to:

Mail: Pacific College of Oriental Medicine
Attn: Pacific Symposium CEUs
7445 Mission Valley Rd. #105
San Diego, CA 92108
Fax: (619) 574-6641

*It will take approximately 2 weeks for Pacific to re-issue your CEU certificate.
There is no charge for this service.
