Cancellation Policy Cancellation of any payment for booth space, or sponsorships must be submitted in writing. No telephone cancellation will be accepted. Your full payment, minus $275.00 processing fee, will be refunded if we can resell your booth. No refunds due to cancellation will be made after September 16, 2011. All refunds will be processed within one month following the conference, and payment will either be credited back to your credit card account or mailed by check, based on initial payment.
