If you registered by Email/ Mail/Fax/Phone:

  • A confirmation postcard will be mailed to you. The post card will have the details of your order: Name, Credentials, City, State, Days Attending.
  • Please contact the Symposium offices if you find incorrect information.
  • Bring the post card to Symposium for a smooth registration.

If you do not receive your postcard within two weeks of submitting your registration please call or email the Symposium office.

 

Pacific Symposium is not responsible for registrations for which we have not confirmed receipt.

All cancellations must be in writing. An administrative fee of $50 is assessed on ALL cancellations, postmarked or emailed dated prior to Friday, October 14, 2011. After Friday, October 14, 2011 a 50% cancellation fee will apply. NO refunds will be granted after October 28, 2011, including no-shows. Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of your request. Your refund will either be credited back to your credit card or mailed by check.

Pacific Symposium provides up to 63 Continuing Education hours total.

  • 36 CEU Hours are available during the general session, Thursday through Sunday, November 3-6.

  • 14 CEU Hours are available at the Pre-Symposium Event on Wednesday, November 1-2.

  • 12 CEU Hours are available at the Post-Symposium Events on Monday & Tuesday, November 7-8.

* You must pay the professional rate in order to receive CEUs.

 

*Pacific College of Oriental Medicine Alumnus receive 10% off the professional rate.

No audio or video recording will be permitted. High quality CD recordings will be made of most sessions and available for purchase during and after the Symposium.
dress
Dress is casual at the Symposium. Remember to bring a sweater or jacket to the lecture/ workshops. If you plan to participate in Qi Gong or any of our Restorative Workshops, please dress accordingly.

Experience a vast array of products and services in the holistic fields. Pacific Symposium offers two exhibit halls: Kon Tikki Ballroom, the Rousseau Suite and additional booths in the Foyer Hall.


Exhibit Hall Hours:

  • Friday, November 4; 11:30 am - 2:30 pm and 4:45-7pm
  • Saturday, November 5; 12-3 pm and 4:45-7pm
  • Sunday, November 6; 9 am-1pm.
